We provide a ticket brokerage platform, primarily focussing on sold-out tickets, under the name alltickets.
When using our website, the following conditions apply. If the customer does not agree to them, they should immediately leave the website.
When the customer places an order or opens an account, the General Terms and Conditions of alltickets also apply.
The information on this website has been carefully prepared on the basis of the details provided by the event organiser and other sources of information. At the same time, alltickets cannot accept any liability for their accuracy.
The information about the individual performances and events, including the listed prices, are not a binding offer. They are not binding for alltickets or the event organisers.

We collect specific data about customers and anonymous data regarding the surfing behaviour of customers on our platform.

Every visit to our ticket brokerage platform is automatically recorded by the system. The data collected does not contain any information which could be used to trace back to a specific or identifiable person. The data includes, among other things, the following:
We will use this data in detail for internal purposes and will in particular use them to improve our services, website and order processing.
To support customers during their visit to our platform, keep the entire ordering process simple and maintain the customer’s temporary login for the secure customer area, technology based on sessions and which involves cookies is used on the server. The customer is not required to keep cookies activated in their browser at any time. To deactivate the cookies, the customer should consult their browser software. The visit to the website and orders can also be carried out with no activated cookies. However, if the cookies are not activated, the overall service on all websites operated by alltickets cannot be guaranteed.

4.5.1 The collected data in detail
We collect the following required personal data for each order to provide our services. Without this information, we would not be able to process the order: Surname, first name, full address, email address, date of birth and telephone number. All other data, such as secondary email addresses, remain optional. Secondary email addresses will make it easier for us to get in touch with you.
During your visit, the abovementioned data (Section 4.2) will also be anonymously recorded, so that they cannot be automatically be allocated to a specific individual. This data contains, inter alia, access statistics for our server environment.
If the customer places an order, they hereby expressly recognise this data protection statement and the General Terms and Conditions of alltickets as contractual content.

The data is stored in a secure database environment in Germany (server is located here). Passwords are saved electronically using one-way encoding.
We use the data available to us for the provision of our services and to improve these services.
The personal data will not be sold, leased, gifted, published or otherwise made accessible to third parties.

The data is processed according to the current technical standards. The customer is solely responsible for the secure entry of the data, for ensuring that the data is not tapped by third parties, is stolen between the customer and alltickets GmbH or made accessible in any other way.

Credit card payments, Maestro payments etc. are processed through the respective payment service provider, which also processes the data. The payment service provider is subject to the relevant data protection legislation. The payment service provider may be located abroad.
alltickets does not receive any specific information such as credit card numbers, maestro card numbers, expiry dates, passwords or registration information for e-banks and similar.
It may be the case that alltickets or the payment service provider is required to release the available data due to legal requirements or an official order.
4.6 Newsletters and other information from alltickets
It may be the case that alltickets will inform you of offers and activities which may be of interest to you in the future. The customer expressly confirms that it agrees to this service. This information will always contain instructions on how to unsubscribe. The service can also be cancelled by sending an email to email@example.com.
4.7 Personality profile
Processing the gathered data may result in the creation of so-called personality profiles (irrespective of the nature and scope of the data). A personality profile may be created if the assessment of significant aspects of the customer’s personality is possible by processing the data. alltickets is permitted to use such data within the scope of this data privacy statement. When the customer places an order or opens an account, they expressly grant alltickets the right to process all personality profiles within the scope of this data privacy statement.
